Thank you for your interest in Catherine Cook School.

PROSPECTIVE FAMILIES:  Please take a minute to create a user account. Click the "Create an Account" button.  You will create a User Name and Password.  Please remember the User Name and Password you create for future use on our site. Once complete, this will allow you to apply to the Catherine Cook School and access our admission documents and materials. Once your account has been created, you can return to your application at any time to check the status and download additional forms.

PLEASE NOTE: CURRENT or PAST Catherine Cook families already have an assigned username and password. Please enter your User Name and Password and then click the "Sign in" button.  Please DO NOT create a new account. If you do not know your User Name / Password, just click the link below the login that says "I forgot my User Name / Password" and follow the instructions.  

Once you complete your application, please submit your application fee of $75.  You application will not be considered unless you have submitted the application fee.
